Community and Events
Join the FREE Loving Longer community!
You deserve to connect with other humans who value healthy relationships.
As humans, we thrive in a community where we can support one another on our journeys, learn from each other, and be held accountable to our values.
You might have spaces for this in areas of your individual life but when it comes to relationship intelligence, growth, and accountability, you’ve probably been missing community for a long time… maybe forever.
But finally here it is.
Loving Longer is committed to offering:
- FREE virtual gatherings to foster connection across the globe for individuals and couples who share our values and mission
- Inspirational psychoeducation to expand your relationship intelligence, rooted in clinical data, anecdotal data, sociological trends, existential psychology, and sometimes even philosophy
- A respectful environment between all participants where judgment, harassment, and disrespect are not tolerated and abusers will be removed from community spaces immediately
- Support and guidance from both the facilitator as well as the wisdom of the collective community
Free Monthly Community Meet-ups
Join us the last Friday of each month from 12-1pm EST to connect on a video call with other humans inspired to live more aligned with their values! You are welcome to attend individually or with your partner(s).
- Meditation
- Psychoeducation provided by Kelsey, inspired by topics and questions from members of the community (see schedule below)
- Community discussion
Please note that attendance varies. Some meet-ups may have only 2 people in attendance while others may have 50. Anyone using speech that is unkind or disrespectful will be removed from the meeting. Please keep in mind that we ask you to keep your video on during the call to foster the feeling of community through face-to-face connection.
Advice questions about what to do will not be answered — but we can talk through ideas together! This is a learning platform to facilitate your ability to make informed decisions for yourself and tap into your own inner wisdom — not to offer an external authority to tell you what to do.

Community Letters
We know you love our live meet-ups, but sometimes life just feels too busy to commit the time.
This is why we started our community letters.
Once a month, Kelsey will send a love letter to your email, offering something to read and think about for the month.
These letters will often invite a response from you which might be shared (with your permission) in the next month’s community letter. You are never required to respond, but we always like to hear from you! And so do your other friends in the Loving Longer community!
Community letters may offer:
- Fun facts to improve your relational intelligence
- Research-supported psychoeducation for you to consider
- Humorous anecdotes to help you remember that relationship work requires lightness and a sense of humor
- Challenges or triumphs from other community members, so you know you’re not alone
- Ideas to foster connection and intimacy
- Reminders of upcoming events or specials offered through Loving Longer, as well as other respected resources and events that align with our values and mission
The best part is that these won’t feel like spam and you won’t want to delete them. Each letter will feel like you’re hearing from a friend who you just happen to be able to talk about relationships intimately with.
Finally, you’ll wish your email still said “you’ve got mail!”
Please sign me up to receive letters from Loving Longer!
